General terms and Conditions

• The rates are in CHF and depend on season, weekday and occupancy.
• All rates are in CHF, per room and including free champagne-breakfast-buffet, service and VAT.
• The City Tax is not included in the room rate.
• The payment has to be effected at our hotel in CHF or by credit card.
• Invoices are sent only after written confirmation from your company and there will be an additional handling fee.
• Guaranteed reservations: In case of no-show or no written cancellation 24 hours prior to arrival we would be obliged to charge you for one night.
• Not firmly booked reservations expire automatically at 4 p.m. on the arrival date.
